Log into your Evobike account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
